Samurai Champloo 4
With this part, we end one arc, and the journey continues. We know the cliffhanger of last episode, Jin and the Brat are in the brothel, Mugen is in the brothel, everybody meets, they fight, Jin and the Brat run, after his sister Suzu refuses to come back. Suzu has to work, because if she runs away, her father will be killed. And that is something Fuu just can’t understand. Suzu asks if Fuu has a family, she hasn’t. Everyone left in her family she hates, sees them as a burden. We will learn more of that during the serie.^^
Mugen is meanwhile pissed off, because his boss won’t let him fight anymore. He just uses Mugen, and Mugen doesn’t appreciate that. He walks away, even that he knows that some guys will be after him. He only enjoys that. Meanwhile the meanwhile, Suzu has some rude custumors in the time that her little Brat is in the area. The brat stabbed the custumor to death. This leads to some problems, because someone has to pay for this. The father of the brat is the same leader of the Kawara clan, so he has to make contribution for it. But the other clan has something nice too:
They are going to gamble. If Kawara loses, the father has to commit suicide. If they win, they win the brat, but they lose the island. Both of the parties have to come with a dealer, but the Kawara has no dealer, so they are in a disadvantage.
Mugen, meanwhile, is out of town, but that’s why I love conscience. He goes back, to rescue Fuu. Fuu, runned away. ‘BAKA!’, Mugen gets angry and they all go to the gambling thingey. But because there is no dealer, the Kawara clan sees Fuu as a dealer. 
And there you are, in the company of two clans that can easily kill you, including Jin. What do you do? Yes. You bluff youself right through it. And so does Fuu.^^ And she really looked cool, I have to say. The Kawara clan loses, the father commits suicide. A fight is on the lose after Mugen busted in. Nobody came after him, he said, so he came himself. The three are together again, on the way for the samurai that smells like sunflowes. Suzu is out of the brothel, and a happy ending. How nice!
