I don't expect to have a reason for what Haruka was chosen. I guess she just had that 'luck', and no other reason. Some things just don't have a reason, she was just chosen. I don't worry about that, because I like some open questions.

I think Atori became that strong because he had a flashback of his little sister. In the first episodes, he just wanted to fight, he was filled with hatred. Hatred is strong, but the love to protect someone, can be even more. That's the thing maybe, because especially Miho opened his heart and reminded him of his beloved sister and he doesn't want anyone else like her to die once again. I guess that's the reason behind his power.

It was a good ending for an excellent series - but honestly, I expected more.
Some things are still open, why was Haruka choosen, what exactly was the dragon torques task and what about the other plots that where still open (those "things" following Noein, and arguing against him in the last episode ... what are they, and more).
But I think it was okay. Its quite usual for a good anime to leave questions open.

What I disliked here was Atori, he was so overpowered. Really, if he was like this, why where they struggeling that much in the first episode against one opponent, and now he ownz them all.
