Utawarerumono 26 - The End! (Finally^^)

This was the last episode of this really weird anime. And now things really get strange! And when I mean strange, really strange. Dii and Hakuoro are fighting, and I really don’t understand it (once again), but it comes to the conclusion that Dii wants to guide people, and Hakuoro believes that they are an unneeded creature, because we have always the free will of people. People will move on by their own, and with this ‘thing’, Hakuoro and Dii are only creating pain and horror. Something like that. And Hakuoro is reminded of his past. NAMELY.

He and Mikoto have a daughter. But I don’t know if I can blame my own eyes, but she doesn’t quite eerr… look like Mutsumi. So we can conclude that he has another daugther, and that is Mutsumi. But who is this child then? Quite complicated. And why wasn’t it mentioned that he has TWO daugthers? Does he have more? Or something like that? After that, swearing that no ‘hardships may overcome this child’, they are captured and Mikoto is demoted. And also is his daugther. Hakuoro gets furious and kills off everyone in the lab. And after that, we see Mutsumi, sealing him towards the earth, because his fury was too great, and splitted him in two halves. WHY DON’T THEY LOOK LIKE EACH OTHER?! I don’t know if I’m the only one who thinks this way, but they don’t look like each other AT ALL. And why does only Hakuoro has the mask? And why does Dii have wings? And why didn’t Mutsumi take orders from Hakuoro in the beginning of episode 25. She is his daugther as well..?

Hakuoro made Dii and himself melt in one, once again, and asked Mutsumi and Utorii to seal him once again. And the final words towards everyone are spoken. And really, Kamyu is the daugther of Hakuoro! But.. Let me think. Because. Utorii is the SISTER of Kamyu. Who is her father?! … Or how many daugthers does Hakuoro have? And the things get even WEIRDER, because I believed that they already had a father..? And who is the mother? …
And of course the situation with Eruruu and Aruruu is even weirder. Aruruu calls Hakuoro ‘oto-san’, meaning her father. But at the end of the episode, Hakuoro confirmed that Eruruu is Mikoto, so the mother of Kamyu. And also then the mother of Utorii?… And if Aruruu and Eruruu are sisters, and Hakuoro is the father of Aruruu.. doesn’t it seem a bit weird for Eruruu to have something with him? Incest? I don’t want to think anything else.

After the kissing part, Hakuoro goes to sleep and everyone moves forward. I have never seen such a screwed up ending before. This doesn’t solve anything, because I only have more questions before I started watching the climax. That doesn’t seem so logical. Weird anime.

Utawarerumono 25 - The weirdest drama I have ever seen

This was really weird. Once again. Well. Let’s about it, but expect a short post. I have more to review, (you don’t want to know how much I have to see, and the new season is about to start O_O), so in summary: of course they are going to save Kamyu, and of course the whole bunch is going to save her. And of course something dramatically happens that separates Aruruu, Eruruu and our hero from the rest of the bunch. And of course, they meet Kamyu. When Aruruu appears in front of her eyes, she can’t obey her father anymore, because she loves the bunch so much. For Dii: Useless.

Now we had a really, really weird discussion. And with weird, I mean REALLY weird. I didn’t quite catch the whole discussion but it goes like this: Hakuoro and Dii are both playing for gods, and they support their followers, but Dii kills of his weak followers (?!?!) and Hakuoro doesn’t, but then Dii disagrees with him, because he made a contract with Eruruu, which forced her to be with Hakuoro, but Eruruu disagreed with that, because she was here because of her own will and… Heh. The bit I don’t understand is that the relations of the contract are so incredibly VAGUE.. A well, that’s not interesting for now. And then the real weirdness begins: Dii called Hakuoro his other self. How on earth is that possible?
- They don’t look like each other
- Why has only Hakuoro the honor of wearing the mask?
- Why is Dii an angel when Hakuoro isn’t?
- Why isn’t then Mitsumi the daughter of Hakuoro..? Wait! And didn’t Kamyu already have a father?!

And then the weirdness gets even better. Hakuoro starts to talk to Eruruu and Aruruu, and sets Eruruu free and begins about that they don’t know what his real name is. He makes the sentence: my real name is…
And he doesn’t say it -_-’. AAH comon! I was so looking forward to that part. And the two monsters are going to fight. How unexpected. Weird anime.

Utawarerumono 24 - I have my internet back! xD

Well. I’m back in the game, I am moved, I have my internet, and I’m happy once again. It’s going to take a while before I have posted all what I should have posted, and I don’t expect to have it done in a while. ^^

I can’t believe how stupid this anime is going to be! Really, I didn’t enjoy it at all, and especially not the end when everyone was revealing their true self. But it has been a while since I’ve watched this, so here is the short summary.

- First of all I believe that Kuuya has to become familiar with the word ‘melting pot’. A country where all cultures melt together. And where the dominant culture is still dominating. Kuuya could also consider a ‘Salad Bowl’. This is a country where cultures are living next to each other, with the differences of them. That she should make everyone her family, is one of the dumbest arguments I’ve ever heard. That the country was conquered before, is her argument. But she should know that the slaughtered men of her country, also probably begged for their lives as well. And I don’t like war. So I don’t like Kuuya. There. I believe that all cultures can live together, and the phrase ‘conquer or to be conquered’ does not help here. Hakuoro didn’t try to conquer her, did he?
- After this weird explanation, Kuuya gets in her weird robot costume and attacks Hakuoro. How unexpected. Then things get fun.
- Eruruu starts to panic and says that her live is with Hakuoro. Genjimaru asked if she was a contractor as well. Oh damn it. The relations start to interfere. This kind of things, I only feel that it can work if it is in a parody anime. Because I can’t handle these things. I always start laughing for some weird reason.
- And if it is a miracle, Hakuoro defeats Kuuya. How unexpected. Once again. Kuuya gets another knife, because she claims she can still fight. But she can’t even stab Hakuoro and she starts to scream. And Hakuoro claims that no harm will be done on her people or on her. How touching.
- The weirdness continued when the weird angel, Dii, approached. He had a contract with Genjimaru. I believe it’s quite the same as the contract of Hakuoro and Eruruu I believe.
- Hien and Hauenka appear, in the nice robot outfits. They have decided on their own to help Dii and to put it bluntly: to be a traitor. And of course we can all guess what happens to those guys…
- YES! Hakuoro transforms, Utorii teleports everyone to a save location and let the slaughtering begin.
- After that we get another weird explanation. Kamyu can transform (what? How’s that?) into the DAUGHTER of Dii (.. is this just me or is it really one of the weirdest things I’ve ever heard?) And she starts to attack Hakuoro. Of course!
- After that, the drama even gets better. Genjimaru sacrifices himself to be rid of Dii, and he dies in front of the eyes of Kuuya. That isn’t supposed to be so nice to see.
To be continued. I didn’t like this episode because all of the weirdness and the sacrifices. I think I’m not suited to watch average drama anime. I always end up laughing.
‘I am indeed looking forward to the next episode.’
*coughcough*

Utawarerumono 23 - This anime is really weird

And here we have an Eruruu episode. I just don’t really get it, but it was kind of sad. In a weird way. Let’s explain short what happened. Eruruu was in shock because she realised that her body and her soul didn’t belong to her, but to Hakuoro. She wasn’t able to talk to him normally, she wasn’t able to tell him anything. At the end of the episode, the angel figure whose name I keep on forgetting told her that no God on earth could have a body or a soul of another. Eruruu was relieved and had to cry. I don’t know why, as Eruruu is one of my least favourite characters, it made me a bit sad. Eruruu got a lot of attention this episode. It was needed, but well, she doesn’t remember fully that she sold her soul, so why think about it? Hakuoro doesn’t know it either. What I would have done, was just pretend that I didn’t see it. The most simple solution.

Case two: What kind of horse crap is this?! We have another Hakuoro, with another mask, and another mysterious past and another Eruruu (Mikoto). What the **** do they mean with that? Really, this anime is so weird. I didn’t understand a single thing of it. A well, we have another Hakuoro (really, I thought there were already two of them?!) in the last episode that got shot. A well. I will find out in the climax. I’m really looking forward to it…

And of course the last case: The demented little emperor. She is going crazy once again, an angel is being weird, the old guy knows something. It was just like a soap. Really. I really had to think about ’Days of our lives’, with the thing of the serial killer (OMG IT’S YOU.., and they don’t tell you WHO that damned serial killer is for at least 50 times). This was something like that. The old geezer and Sakuya run and for an old geezer, he is really strong. My compliments. But for one anime where a guy with a mask can transform without knowing it to a monster, I’m not suprised with this thing. Anyone who knows who is going to defeat the demented little emperor, raise your hand.
*raises hand*.
I’m really, really looking forward to the final. No I’m not. But I’m curious anyway.^^ Sorry for the late post, I have been really, really busy.

Utawarerumono 22 - The unfitting weirdness continues.

Before I get started on another review, I have to confess: I postphoned this way too long. Even that long, that I don’t remember it quite what was going on in this episode. After watching some pictures of it, it comes back once again, but even so, the summary isn’t going to be that good. But well, you guys are used with my weird Utawarerumono posts hopefully^^.

Anyway, the episode. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any weirder, Utawarerumono goes on with the confusing not-fitting-this-anime theories. We know that the annoying laughing badguy #2 gets defeated, and by what? Of course, the true form of Hakuoro. Yes. And who wouldn’t expect a monster of this size to be underneath that little mask of him? Raise your hand please.

What appears? Hakuoro comes from another time or something, and there was he a scientist and because he made an unfortunally discovery in his company (the true source of the mankind, no, not the apes, but the monsterversion) he got shot to death. And what happened after that? It remains a mystery until episode 25. Anyone with a good theory is welcome to tell me. Anyway, after that, Eruruu seems to have sold her body and soul to him to save Aruruu who felt of a tree and died. And once again, she was alive once more. Aruruu dies many times, geez. I kind of liked Eruruu the end of this episode, but well, it would have been a weird situation if you told the truth to Hakuoro. I see it already in my imagination:
‘it seems that you can transform to a beast and you have defeated single handed everyone that stood in your way because you saw Aruruu die, and after that I got a flashback and it seemed that my body and my soul belongs to you because you saved Aruruu once again when she fell of a tree and died again.’
That would be a bit weird. I didn’t like the Aruruu part, how cheesy. And what happened to Touga and Karura, it remains today as a mystery.

In the end, the Hakuoro thing was resolving, but well. This anime IS Utawarerumono and with all these weird styles, I don’t think I ever will enjoy this fully just as the time I enjoyed episode 18.

Utawarerumono 21 - Why another annoying laughing badguy?!

Okay. Now I’m REALLY REALLY annoyed. Utawarerumono wasn’t my favourite anime anyway, but THIS?! I don’t feel like to write a summary about it, because everybody is losing their minds. Kuuya has lost it totally because the horrors of war, and in the end, she attacked the holy place, and declared war on Hakuoro, saying that she wants his head. This isn’t the worst thing of it, it’s that new badguy that wants world domination. HOW could she not fire him, or something. Everybody must have seen that when somebody while he is killing farmers is yelling ‘DIE ALL YOU HAVE TO DIE’ can be a good person. His laugh also annoys the hell out of me. I thought I had it with the annoying ‘evil’ laughs after Yue, but *insert randomn comment*.

Also another thing is that this really reminded me of a soap as well. We know the evil angel. Yes? Alright, with the moment that Kuuya attacked the angels, they used magic, but for some dark reason, they stopped. Because of him. While yelling: ARE YOU… they were destroyed and still we don’t know what’s happening. I don’t like to say this but this looks awfully like a soap with a serial killer and everytime with a new victim ‘o my god it’s you’ is yelled. And never told who it is. That is really annoying. I recommend everyone to not get the version of ‘Your-Mom’ because they have changed all the names in American cities. And that is annoying as well. The cliffhanger: Everyone flied: Hakuoro, Eruruu and so, except the good guys that can fight and they are going to take on the robots. I wish them luck. But that bastard again, annoys the hell out of me. Grr…

Utawarerumono 20 - Utawarerumono goes science-fiction?!

Okay. How come that I was reminded of Wolf’s Rain?… This episode had really many subjects. I’m going to tell about four of them. The first was another discussion of Kuuya and Hakuoro that was made by Eruruu and Sidecharacter Sakuya a bit more interesting.^^ Kuuya is an annoying character. The reason for that could be because she is arrogant, and she even tries to conbine her best friend to Hakuoro and almost forced her to marry her. She makes impulsive decisions and the horse crap continues and continues like she is the best. And that everything that goes wrong, is the fault of Hakuoro and not of herself. Kuuya reveals that she might goes to war, because of an conflict with her enemies. Hakuoro and Eruruu are shocked by it because they know the dangers of war. The little brat doesn’t. But I have to say, when Sakuya found out her hair was cut, that was fun.^^ Utawarerumono should make more jokes because they can do that.

Second part: Kamyuu goes Vampire-style and bit Aruruu in the neck. Alright, anyone would think: WTF right now. Everyone goes looking for Kamyuu and of course the one to find her is Hakuoro. Talk about predictability. Kamyuu cried and said that she was different. Because she has black wings and not white ones. That’s why she is treated differently when she is around others, and the first friend she has ever made was Aruruu. Everything was the fault of the black wings. Then I keep on wondering, do those wings impulse you to be a vampire? Wings are not brains. A well, Hakuoro comforted her and said that Aruruu wouldn’t care for such a small thing. And yes, he is true, and Kamyuu is really sorry. The rest of the episode she is no longer in screen and never been heard of.

And now, the horse crap really, really continues. Kuuya really goes to war. And with the battlefield, TAMTAMTAMTAAAAAM.. Giant robots. Of course. Talk about hidden powers. But then, I keep wondering how those things couldn’t be noticed by someone else. Unless they are well hidden but I don’t believe that’s possible because those things are huge. The enemy is slaughtered with a lot of blood and fake drama. Only in three days. Nice. Kuuya invites Hakuoro once again and goes bragging about her amazing powers of her amazing country. Hakuoro tells her to stop it and Kuuya confesses: It was her first time on the battlefield and she can’t take all the killings she has done. How longer Kuuya is on the screen, how more annoying she gets to me.

Part four: I had some problems understanding (all those difficult names and so.^^) but it comes to this that the badguy is some servent of Kuuya t hat has power as well and goes invading other countries without any reason. Just when I thought that there would no longer be an annoying badguy with an annoying laugh, the creators have an replacement. Argh.

My thoughts about this: I’ve finished Wolf’s Rain yesterday evening, why on earth do I watch another of those series once again? Those robots don’t fit this anime at all, and it’s just as stupid as in Wolf’s Rain the giantic Walrus. That was also stupid. I fear for the coming episodes because it’s going to be worse. Sign… With these science-fiction robots that don’t fit this anime at all, it is not going to be good.

Utawarerumono 19 - I guess I had my hopes too high..

Idiot.
The last two episodes showed me that Utwarerumono could be becoming something. Now, I’ll take back my words. This was garbage once again, of the two stubborn siblings of the brother that couldn’t recognize his own sister, Karura. It was TOO obvious.

They fight for the freedom of the Karurawutaterei or something like that, something unpronouncable. The emperor of that country is no other than a madman in love with Karura. That was so stupid. They win, of course (talk about plainless, do they ever lose?), and Karura and the rest of them leaves in an instand. Well…

Nice? No I don’t think so. I don’t even have the mood to review more about it because I can’t understand that two siblings. The brother is so blind that he couldn’t even recognize his own sister. They look the same, the sister has some shorter name, and has the same strength. OF COURSE SHE’S HIS SISTER!! But he took two episodes just to realise that. Idiot. Karura denies that she is his sister, but only that to avoid her past and that she has become someone else. Something I can’t understand either, and also that the conversation is closed with the saying that Karura is an idiot. Well. If you know you’re an idiot, you can change. Sign. This was garbage, once again. Didn’t like it at all.

Utawarerumono 18 - They go on a ‘trip’.^^

Utawarerumono, suprisingly, gets better. Or should I say: ‘Shadow Warrior Chronicles’? *coughlaughlaughhihihahacough*. Yes everybody, Utawarerumono is licensed. As: Shadow Warrior Chronicles. The translation of Utawarerumono is ‘The ones being sung’. How on earth those guys got to this ‘Shadow Warriors’, remains for me a big mystery. I guess they were drunk. Or that they are stupid. But even so, this remains a great laugh. The only problem is that I don’t want to know in what kind of state this anime will be released. I fear for the worst.^^

This episode focussed on the little brother of Karura: StrangeName (yes, once again, I’ve forgotten). I will call him ‘Oni-san’ untill the time being that I can remember his name. ‘Oni-san’ leads a rebellion army that wants to free everyone. You remember that Karura escaped brutly from a slave live. Well, this ‘Oni-san’, wants to free everyone. But the army is weak and so, Karura asked Hakuoro to help her out. Let’s say that she was pretty impulsive. Eruruu accidentally noticed and refused to talk Hakuoro for the coming days. That was pretty funny, though.^^

That night, Karura took Hakuoro on a ‘forced trip’. Litterly. The angel found out, went along, Eruruu found out, went along, everyone found out, but instead of saving Hakuoro from that ’situation’, they just went along with Karura. And so, they went on a trip.^^ I loved the reaction of Benawi and Oboro when they found out that their emperor and their sister were missing. Especially Benawi, he was pretty pissed off.^^ Eruruu and Hakuoro made up, they were nice again, and they met the brother. He refused the help, but didn’t recognize Karura as his ‘Onee-sama’. This can be interesting when he will found out, Karura is now planning to educate him once again. This can be fun, and who on earth is that new badguy? I guess he won’t survive the next episode.^^

But, suprisingly enough, Utawarerumono gets better! This doesn’t mean that I take back my words on my other reviews, but Utawarerumono can do it, keep up the good work. Ghehe. ‘Shadow Warrior Chronicles’, it still cracks me up.^^

Utawarerumono 17 - They sure know how to drink^^

Humans don’t die that easily!

The one hand of the episode remained boring as hell: Two emperors talking to each other. That seems nice. But forgive me, it’s been a day since I’ve watched it. The emperor that has a incredibly impossible-to-remember/pronounce name (or was that the country?..) wants to know more about Hakuoro and they have spent half of the episode talking, get to know each other better. We know now that Emperor (that’s what I’ll call the girl so far until I figured out her name or the country..) doesn’t understand much about Hakuoro, believes rumors and is forsaken by the gods. Why, I don’t know. There was something with the gods and a big story about it which I couldn’t understand during certain circumstances, and I don’t think it will be such a big deal, so I forget it.

The other half of the episode we see a lot people drinking Sake, like Oboro, getting drunk, and having an hangover. Eruruu makes some medicin, but something went wrong, and it was really funny (suprisinglyO_o) to see Hakuoro force Oboro to drink that thing to please Eruruu. I don’t know if Oboro really survived and so. The other half of the half was about the salesman with a rare item, a rabbit look a like. The name, I forgot. They bought it, because all the woman, including Touka thougt the Rabbitlookalike was incredibly cute, and the liver of the creature can be a good medicin. So Oboro wanted it as well for his little sister Yuzuha. Yuhuza says she doesn’t want it because it would be bad to kill that creature and be better again because of that. Oboro, here’s a tip: Wait untill that creature dies, voila, your medicin.

This episode was something better then the previous episodes. The little jokes can get my attention and makes up for the boredomnes for the other half of the episodes. I so loved Benawi when he was working for the emperor. It was only a second but it sure got a nice picture of the evilness of the emperor. And then the real evilness and not that weak thing where that bastard was talking about. But still, I’m not looking forward for the coming episode.^^ But if it can go on like this, maybe I will enjoy it.

Utawarerumono 16 - Boring!!

This was the most BORING episode ever! I can’t believe that I stand watching it!

In summary: The war is over, they are rebuilding, they are happy, they have a few fighst, Kamyuu is drinking but she remains thirsty, Hakuoro has nightmares, Eruruu helps him, they are happy. HOWW NICE. And plain.

But I’m wondering about Kamyu, what on earth there could be. It can’t be something light, because otherwise it wouldn’t be such a problem. This is going to be something. The cliffhanger was as strange as ever, and I’m not worried about it because it will all turn out the good thing. If I’m wrong, I’ll write a more decent review about this. *yawns*

Utawarerumono 15 - The bastard is dead!

How unexpected. I don’t think that anyone would have sit on the edge of their chairs because of this ‘heartbeating’ *coughs* episode, because we all knew the the Bastard was going to die. But somehow, while the plainess continues, this story is taking a strange turn. Hakuoro transforming? Where are we, Dragon Ball Z? I don’t like that part, because it’s a bit.. plain. Too. Shameful enough..

Well in summary: Benawi&Co dealt with the army and defeated somehow fifty thousand man. Probably because they are the good guys, but the last episode, they were scared because they thought it were ten thousend. This.. is a bit weird, that they managed to defeat them. Well. They ARE the good guys, and the good guys NEVER fall in a plain anime.

Talking about the good guys, Hakuoro&Co is in the castle of the Bastard, Yue. Karuru smashes people in half, the rest is fighting, Hakuoro is angry. The badguy, annoying. Hakuoro gets really angry when he finds out that the city is lit on fire. Even for a bastard like this, it’s a mad idea. But still, plain. Hakuoro is possesed by a curse, well, that explains a lot to me. Plain. Hakuoro transforms, kills the bastard in a second. PLAIN. How unexpected. I would have loved that Hakuoro accidentally killed some of his own people, but no. I think we WILL see more about the demon, and I’m still wondering who that Angel might be. But well. It’s too plain to me. I’m watching this because I like the OP, and because I like the art style.^^ I’m wondering where this story is going to go now, it’s an anime of 26 episodes.

Utawarerumono 14 - Most annoying bad guy ever spotted

Firstly, as suspected, That Woman a.k.a Touka is in the team. After letting her live, giving her back her sword, letting her burry their lord, and letting her free, has given Touka a different sign of Hakuoro. She comes back at the turn of the tie, and stays on his side. How Plain. But furthermore, I have to say that the only Plain thing was the bad guy.

The only thing that concerns me a bit is the Angel guy on the side of the Plain Badguy. I’ve heard some comments, and my options that I can conclude are few:
1) The Angel guy wants something new on his menu (I just hope that I’m wrong)
2) They’ve invented a clonedevice (but in this anime it’s sounds a little absurde)
3) They bribe to get their members of the army, and then torture to get them stronger.
4) Something different.
I know that my theories sound a bit weird, but well… Any one else with a theory is free to tell me. Furthermore that Bad Guy and his laughing just PISSES me off. Kill him fast, or otherwhise I’ll.

I like the new tactics of Hakuoro, they are NOT plain and not being plain is a good thing. He is going to attack the foreign land, when they are attacking with full strength their land. He wants to kill the Plain Badguy (I would have loved to help him out). It’s a risky plan, and that is a good thing. Because the attacks are a little annoying now. I love Karuru with her sword and stuff, but it’s getting a bit bored. I liked the fact that Eruruu comes in action too, and it was too cool. Suprisingly enough.^^

Hakuoro is getting depressed again, because he can lead his country to the death. But they still follow him. That is a Plain part of this episode, but I liked the tactics. Just a bit concerned about that ‘Angel’. But it isn’t as plain as the last episode! Yes!

Utawarerumono 13 - Plain.

I think we’ve had the top of this anime. The first half of the episode showed us the old Hakuoro, with Eruruu and Aruruu. Because Hakuoro is only drinking and not resting, Eruruu forced him to take a day off. In a feild, and they were just playing and goofing around. We also could guess the reason for Eruruu for always supporting him: They are family, and there is no way that she could be afraid of him. How cute (and plain).

The second part focussed on the battlefeild. And yeah. Plain again. I would have loved ‘That Woman’ and Karuru to have a battle, that would be fun, but this. No. Hakuoro leads his brother-in-law away from the battle, ‘That Woman’ following them, but her pass is cut off by every strong (and: side character) of the battles. How plain. Once more. Then we get the jolly part: Hakuoro beats (of course -_-) his brother-in-law, asking him one more time about his sins. And he gets scary.^^
And right on the time that it would have gotten good, That sonofabitchthatrunnedinaburningbuilding, shoots the brother-in-law, maniacal laughing. This is the most plain bad guy ever. With a mustache. He wants Hakuoro to get angry in order to unleash the beast in him. Another plain argument. Who knows what will happen to the Plain Badguy, raise your hand.
*raises hand*
The last scenes of this episode were TOO plain. That Woman screaming, the Plain Badguy laughing, leading an army, and Eruruu smile because Hakuoro got back. In other words: Plain.

‘That Woman’ whoever she may be^^
This episode was not as good as the previous one, because this episode was more only drama. It can’t be any different, after what happened in episode 11.

We all want to know what exactly Hakuoro did: He killed 100 people, including his wife, including his children. Some things are better left forgotten, surely in this case. We see the whole episode Hakuoro suffering because he thinks it’s true what they all said. Eruruu says that she has been with Hakuoro for a long time, and she says she knows that Hakuoro isn’t that kind of person. Well, we’ll see. I think it’s some kind of illness, or that he is possesed. By what? That’s the question!

And that is not the only problem. Kecchi Kacchi, or something like that, keeps attacking and disapearing. If it wasn’t for the great Mikuru and the great Aruruu, the kingdom would have had some problems. They have a BRIDGE. Who knows what will happen to that brigde, raise your hand!
*raises hand*

Of course, that interesting woman that will go to the other side, but now she is acting like she hates Hakuoro, guides that bridge. Because I can’t remember her name, I will call her ‘That Woman’. Karuru solves the case, the bridge is gone, That Woman is furious. Great.

Rak Shine ey? Finally the moment we’ve all been waiting for! The past of Hakuoro, or Rak Shine. He has comitted some crimes and now a group wants his death.

They’ve attacked the village, and everybody dies. The Axe-man has just enough power to report this, but he dies afterwords. The castle is under attack, but the group was so small they had no chance of winning. They were defeated, but the hated that they senced.. It was unbelievable. Aruruu was too sad to see when she found out that the Axe-man passed away. Nice scene. Really nice.

Hakuoro can’t handle this, and he goes out to war. The cliffhanger was something nice, that they were attacked by those enemies and he was called Rak Shine. A girl like Karura called him this way and called him a villian. The commander calls him also Rak Shine, and is the older brother-in-law of Rak Shine. Pay for his crimes. Nice. But what crimes? What could he had done possibly? How bad shall it be? I’m looking forward. Utawarerumono is getting better!

A introduction of a new, unexpectedly enough, amazing character. I like Karura, because she is such a contrast. I just have to say, the intro was just AWESOME! A sinking ship, full with slaves. The slaves will die, and they are screaming and screaming, but the crew is already on shore. Then, a woman rises above the ocean, and kills them all, and collapses and she is find by Oboro and co.

The woman is Karuru, and she is taken to the land of Hakuoro. Hakuoro treats her real nicely, but she is threw into prison in a few seconds. A minute later, she is talking to Hakuoro because she broke out. She is a soldier, that explains her strength. But because she looks so beautiful, her strength is underestimated.

I like the fact that the great Benawi lost to her, and that she ordered a giantic sword, and nobody can weild it, and she cuts easily a rock into half. It was awesome, I’m looking forward to the next episode!
