First Impression: Potemayo

Although I’m a bit late, I considered that I would make also a post about Potemayo, because I found it so interesting that I couldn’t resist. I’ve already heard that this anime can be hilarious, and finally I have found some time to watch it and surely, I wasn’t dissapointed at all.

This is such dry humor that I don’t see often in anime. Potemayo is a creature that was in the fridge of our main character and he didn’t even bother to ask himself how on earth that creature came in his fridge but simply named her Potemayo. She is a creature that can’t speak but she is adorably cute, and very protective of her owner. And she has a short temper. I think she looks just like an animal, a parot but only in a manmal form.^^ If you can understand what I mean.
And the fun is even greater when another of those creatures comes by with an enormous axe, that cuts down doors and after that repairs them with tape.XD How dry can you get?

There are only two little problems with this anime. For once, I think the creators tried to make Potemayo too cute. And some times, she really is cute. But she can also be too much, and I can’t handle too cute things very well. Anyway. I hope I can get used to it, because I’m going to watch this anime for sure. The second problem with this anime is the girl that is in love with our main character. It is just too corny and I was only pleased to see Potemayo beating her up because she was really a nuisance. But still I have my hopes high for this anime. I’m sorry for this really, really, really late post but I have some problems finding enough spare time. Gomenesai.

First Impression: Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei

What a fun anime! It gives just the same atmosphere as Pani Poni Dash, but only with an "ordinary class" instead of a class with all kinds of weird characters. This anime is made from the same creators as Pani Poni Dash, and I happened to love Pani Poni Dash so I guess I can sit through to this one. This anime is once again about a class, with a weird teacher. Where Becky was the tensai the last time, we now have a dude who constantly wants to commit suicide.

That is a nice combination. He is hilarious in the class because one of his classgirls is such a positivist that I can’t believe that such persons really exist. She even said when her parents wanted to commit suicide, they just wanted to be taller. If you look at it, that way, this anime can become hilarious. I also really like the nickname that this teacher has received from Fuura. "Pink Supervisor". ^^. Also it’s kind of logical that he is this person, because if you write his name horizontally you get the word "Zetsubo", which means despair. Also, I’m a person who loves contrasts. A suicidal attempt in a beautiful happy surrounding, how nice^^.

The art is really something different, it’s really refreshing in a way. Same for the animation. We all see kinds of sentences through the anime, but it remains funny. The OP is something that I can really can get addicted to. I’m going to stay with this one.^^.

PS: This blog is going to be put on a short hiatus. I’m going to enjoy some holiday. I’ll be back by the 27th of July. See you then again!

First Impression: The Skull Man

Ugh. Trying to lure me with a cool name and with a cool picture. Most of the time of this episode, I was just merely annoyed. No, don’t get me wrong. It can be really interesting with the skull man and that he just kills people for some reasons, and I really liked the monologue of what he was saying, but I have two problems with this anime:

First of all: The art. I do not like it. In fact, I find the art even ugly. The designs aren’t worked out well, and it just annoyed me of how weird all the characters were looking. The art for the background is a little better.

Second, and my major problem: The girl. She annoyed me. Really, annoyed me. I mean, the word "coincidence" has a proper fit here. She is just placing her will on other people and involves everything in what she does, and she walks over peoples boundaries. She thinks that she is a fantastic cameraman and that’s why she hired herself to our main character, who is trying to find the truth behind the Skull Man. But she just needs him, and she is completely dependent of him. Because with him she can enter the city. Without she can’t. Furthermore she is so dominant that she has no manner of politeness or hospitality. Because the maincharacter was just curious about her fake passport, she is so angry that she throws him out of his OWN house. And just add the naked bath scene. How horrible can you be to throw someone out of THEIR houses when they take care of you? Currently I’m believing that she has to be on her monthtly period and that in a couple of episodes she will turn out good. That is what I’m believing, and hoping. I give this garbage one more chance. But the girl definetely needs something done, because I’m really annoyed by this annoying arrogant girl.

But furthermore, the plot is really nice and I like the story. My main problem is just that girl.

First Impression: Lucky Star

Yes I know it’s a bit late, but better late then never I guess? First of all, this music is so funny! I laughed so hard when I watched it. And I might be mistaking, but is the voice actor of Kona the same one as the one of Becky of Pani Poni Dash? It is that Becky had to whine more, and but you can hear it in Kona too.^^

Further, this anime is about dialogues, but I really like the main character. It’s about four high school girls, without a boy and they are just talking and making fun and talking about how to eat food. ^^
The art is really nice too, I didn’t expect it to be so extravagant. The only problem is that I don’t really know what to say about it. Because there isn’t a boy, no corny High School Romance! Yatta! I’m going to watch it. I heard this is made by the same ‘dudes’ who made Kanon, so I was a bit afraid because of the romance in Kanon. But luckily, it doesn’t seem that bad. And everyone seems really enthusiastic about Lucky Star, and I think they are right.

I think everyone should watch this, just only for the ED. That was just brilliant. I have never understand the thing behind karaoke, but this just did it. Next, I’m going to listen to those ‘brilliant’ lines. And the OP, it made me laugh as well. I’m glad that the main character is an addict to anime, and she reminds me of someone I know.^^ And no, it’s not me, even though I’m a chibiko myself and an anime addict.

New Lay-out!

I’ve just realized that this blog is only exactly a year online now. Time for a party! And a new lay-out! In one year I’ve managed to post 239 post, in 39 categories. I’ve 109 comments thus far, only in one year. Everyday I get something like 100 hits on google, and I’m really happy with the result, because I know that Timeless Dreams is a small blog in the bloggersworld. I want to thank everyone who has posted a comment and who takes the time to read my posts.

And the lay-out! Although I’m still trying to make it look better, I was tired of the old one.^^ I hope you will all like the result. The nice thing about the new lay-out that you can see what I’m blogging and what’s just reviewed. And of course I’ve made a new logo. For the ones who don’t know who that weird cat is, it’s the cat in the vending machine in Pani Poni Dash (kami-sama desu ~nya^^) The previous logo was taken out of a background of Fruits Basket episode 16, btw.

I’m going to be online again in end June, begin July, when the holiday starts again.

First Impression: Kama-chama Karin

What a nice charming cute anime! It’s about a young girl, Karin, who has been orphaned and whose only friend and pet died. After that some people start to adress her as ’kami’, which means god. It’s due to her ring, which belongs to her mother, but what it is further all about, we shall see.

But this anime! Even when it’s a kids anime, it’s adorably cute. It has lovely colors, lovely characters and Karin is just adorable. You can already see it in the themesong, it’s one of the most original OP’s I’ve ever heard. The melody is really interesting, and it’s really refreshing when you start to watch the anime. It’s probably not one of the best mahou shoujos and they have to look up the Roman Gods that are used (personally I don’t want to adress my power to a god who is crippled and pitied by all gods. For the ones who haven’t studied the ancient culture, I’m talking about the god Hephaestus.) Anyway, that’s just a side note. I’m interested in what is going to happen and Karin is really a good girl. I’m curious.

First Impression: Heroic Age

Oh this was painful. I know I was looking forward to this anime but the strange reason is that after I’ve seen this episode, I can’t remember what was so good about this anime. It’s a science-fiction anime, and high-tech. I have always some problems in watching these things. But the biggest problem I have with this anime we have a bunch of teenagers, who (once again) must save the universe. What, again!? It’s really the worst-case-scenario, that the universe (and not even the world!) must be saved by our heroes.

I’m suprised that I didn’t notice that it was going to be like this, because the title it self, it already says it that it’s about a couple of heroes. The princess was the prototype of a warrior princess who wants to fight herself, and she has a number of prototypes of protectors surrounding her. The real hero of the golden tribe, he can be interesting but he is just too ridiculous strong to be believable. This are just some flaws of this story. The story self is really interesting, the music was very good, but I was too annoyed by these flaws to enjoy this anime. Dropped. Please feel free to tell me when it’s turned out to be good. Thanks.

First Impression: Touka Gettan

What the bloody hell was that all about? I was pleased and annoyed at the same time and I really have no idea what to think about this anime. First of all I would like to say you all that the art is nice. The art is really nice, it’s been drawn well, and it’s a nice atmosphere. The character of Touka can be interesting, but I put a doubt on it because he is an teenager, dresses like a girl (or so it would seem), and he is deeply in love with a girl who is made up by his mother. Or something like that. Speaking of his mother… What an annoying little bitch. She is a mother, but she reacts as a brat of five years old! Unbelievable.

And the flaws. Oh, so many flaws. Let’s just say that this anime is not understandable, and I even watched it with subs and I didn’t understand a thing out of it. But Touka has a mother, and she is a writer. She has made up a character, Momoka, and Touka and Momoka had met in the past?! And then Touka dissapears to another world to meet her again?! Or something like that? Anyway, we can also conclude that his mother has an evil twin sister or something like that but I can’t be sure about that one too. And we have that red-eye man, and I have no idea who this is.

Well. Due all this and that I have really no idea what this is all about, I would be really crazy if I continued watching this crap. This means that I’m going to drop it. When it turns out to be good, please feel free to tell me.:)

First Impression: Claymore

I was really pleased when I saw this. First of all I love the OP, and I can say that I’m a fan of the ED too. Claymore has a remarkable artstyle, and during the episode it really gave me the time to get used to it. This episode wasn’t without flaws though. Raki is a character that still needs a lot of work and thinking behind him. At some points, he did work. At other points, he didn’t. The other thing that I didn’t really like about this anime was the bloodyness! Omg! That was really… not so great for me to see. I can’t really stand blood. Not in real life, not even in anime. It is a bit disgusting. And add the sounds.. Yikes.

Anyway. Despite the flaws and the bloodyness I don’t have any other reasons to not watch this anime. I loved it! The story goes like this. We have a world, in which Yoma’s (demons) eat humans. They take human forms so no one can see the difference between the two of them. But there are some who can. They are called ‘Claymore’, half yoma’s and half humans. They have silver eyes and are all womans. When fighting yoma’s, their eyes turn into gold.
We have a village with a yoma and a Claymore, Claire, comes. One of the boys, Raki, takes particular interest in this claymore, because the first who fell victim to the yoma were his parents and he wasn’t able to do a thing of it. So he is really glad that there are people who can defeat a yoma. But because Claymore are half yoma’s theirselves, they are feared. Everyone is scared of them and they can’t be trusted. But Raki isn’t.

When he is thrown out of the village, Claire saves him. I wonder about that one. I believe it’s because Raki might be the only one she knows that isn’t afraid of her but I doubt that this is the only reason. But she lets him come with her to be her cook. I’m looking forward to discover more about this character and I told myself to not go to sites with information because I want to see for myself. It’s too much a shame to let it be spoiled. Claire is really an interesting character. She is silent as the grave, and has an unsociable character. And I just happen to love unsociable charactes although I don’t know why. I’m looking forward to the next episodes.^^.

First Impression: Murder Princess

This can become very interesting. I loved the OP and ED. That for once. Anyway, the story that we have here is something with a weird plot twist: We have a princess, whose family is murdered by rebellions. She is the prototype of a princess, really soft etc and really corny. But anyway, we are used to that, aren’t we? Anyway. She is the only one of her family who escaped death. But she runs into a forest and gets chased by a weird monster.

And then the anime takes a strange turn. Because meanwhile we have a girl who is a bounty hunter. To put it bluntly: She kills and is rewarded for what she kills, as long as it is dangerous. Anyway. Our princess clings to this girl, and they fall of a cliff. Because they are both facing death, their souls change! And that is fun! They are caught and unharmed, but the princess is in the body of the bounty hunter and the bounty hunter is the princess! The princess says that she is willing to sell her own body to the bounty hunter as long as she saves the kingdom. And she does.

What we have here is a princess with a long sword, who likes fighting and blood, and a maid, who is in fact, the real princess. This can be a lot of fun. It was a little too bloody for my own good, but luckily it is an OVA. It doesn’t air so much so I think I can handle the bloodyness.^^ I’m rather positive about this one.

Todays experiment: Can I watch raw anime? Todays answer: Yes I can. With some problems, but yes I can. I can’t deny that I missed out some really important things, but due the fact that I already knew what this anime was going to be about, I did catch all the important parts.

We have here the anime about the really shy girl, that gets recruited for the drama club. The main character is really.. sweet. I like Mugi, at least, I thought that that was her name. As expected, she is so shy that when she tries to talk, just nothing comes out. But meanwhile she has her moments that she suddenly starts to shout, without knowing. And it was just too cute when she broke by accident that branch and tried to get it on the tree again!XD
But I do have some problems with the rest of the side characters. The blond bitch was just a pain to look at. I like the purple haired girl, but I fear that I won’t like her again in the following episodes. She is really the though girl, a prototype. Kamyu, I think that was wat she was called, the friend of Mugi, is interesting, but I fear she is also really a plain character. We also have a boy, which just is.. too harem look a like. A bit annoying.
And the leader of the drama club. That was such a weird girl and I really didn’t caught much things of it. I really think that there is another reason why Mugi is recruited for the drama club but somethings says me that I should watch that wíth subs. I kind of like the music too. That has always been a big issiue for me. Anyway, todays experiment was fun.

What the bloody hell was that all about? There are two things, no three things, that I could make clear about this anime:
1. It doesn’t make any sence AT ALL. But that isn’t so really bad.^^
2. it is an anime based on a RPG. I don’t play RPG’s at all because I don’t have enough patience and I’m always losing so I’m in a disadvantage because of that.
3. The stories are all randomn and don’t make any sence. But I liked the story of the ‘Justice’ in the woods, that was really funny. And that is some dirty justice!

I can understand why people don’t like this anime. After all, it’s really weird and I don’t see a real plot coming in this one. I’ll give it one or two more shots to go.^^

Oh dear. I love fantasy stories. Yes I really do. But this..The first remarkable point was the art. It was really weird, and I think I have to get used to that. Ad the fact that I was REALLY reminded of Lord of the Rings. This is a weak version of it, but only then in anime. Let’s look at the facts:
- The Ring is changed now in 7 gems. And a nice belt which gives you super powers when you wear it.
- Sauron is replaced by ‘Shadow Lord’. And! He has two red eyes. Nothing more. And of course his voice.
- The hero of this story is of course a midget. In Lord of the Rings the ‘midget’ (or call it a hobbit) is called Frodo, here it’s a 16-year-old-brat called Lief.
- Lief must save the world! Gosh! Where have I heard this before?
- The ‘orcs’ are now more human, but when you defeat them, they turn into ash. Interesting.
- But we don’t have ‘A Fellowship to collect the seven gems’. No we have only two guys, the brat and his guardian, let’s call him that way. And the girl is coming too. I’m sure of it.
- Ardin looks a lot like Isuldur…. Does that mean we get a anime-version Aragorn?^^..
- And what was that bloody sword called again? Nardin… No it wasn’t Nardin.. Anduril! I knew it. Yes, that bloody sword is now replaced by the belt. Also reforced. Well. Interesting.

I have always wanted to watch a Lord of the Rings in anime. I’m curious what’s going to happen. The intro was nice. It really reminded me of Lord of the Rings. And Lord of the Rings is good.

I have to admit: This is the silliest, most annoying, corny, cheesy love story I have ever heard of. We have really a damsel in distress and she is as helpless as ever. Ad the fact that she is daydreaming about her first love and her prince all the time. Ad the fact that there is going to be a ball in her school. Ad the fact of a new transfer student. Ad the fact that he is really ‘pretty’. And they fall in love. Of course. And they kiss. Of course.

And with the cheesyness: The flowerfield and the white horse really overdid it. I have never seen such a stupid, overdramatic story. Ever in my life. The creators try to keep it elegant, but it’s so corny and cheesy that it isn’t elegant anymore. And with the sparkings, and the shining pretty things.. I just have to throw up because of it. Naah. I’m not really fit to watch romance anime. Eek! Just look at the picture. It’s almost a shame for really nice romantic stories like Howls Moving Castle. I’m never going to think of watching this garbage once again.

About me

I think it’s time to have a proper introduction. Okay. Here it is:
‘Kon’nichi wa! Watashi wa Sasja desu.’
As you can see, my real name is Sasja, I’m 18 years old and living in Amsterdam. At the moment I’m still a kookoo-sei, an High school student. I’m a real moron, but that doesn’t matter.^^ Here you have your introduction, and I would like to explain the blog for you now.

The main reason why I started to blog last year was that I kept forgetting in what I’ve al watched. I’m a clumps, and I keep forgetting things. Also the episodes that I watched. So I blogged, still in Dutch, every episode that I watched so I was reminded of what I was watching. I did that for a couple of months, but then it became clear that I had to double my class once again if my English marks didn’t improve. So I did something drastically. I moved my blog from the Dutch site to Timeless Dreams, translated a lot in English and started to write. And it did help, but not in the short time I had left in my schoolyear. I had to double the class, and decided that I should have spent more time for school, so the Timeless Dreams began to make less reviews and blogged less. Unfortunally. Also I moved in the end of 2006, that made it even more difficult to blog. That’s why I’m blogging a few times in the month But! The summer vacation is around the corner. Yatta!

What I love to see in anime is a bunch of morons, friendship and randomn cases. One of the big examples that changed my view in anime is the anime Fruits Basket. I’m a big fan of that one. That’s why I’m also fond of Gintama (seriously, how random can you get^^) Samurai Champloo, Lovely Complex, Yamato Nadeshiko Shigi Henge and Pani Poni Dash. Anything as long if there is a moron in the anime cast.
What I despise is the romance slice of live High schoolgirls. Seriously, I can’t stand it. I really can’t. You don’t have to come to me for a ‘moe-anime’, also not for fanservice and some really, really bloody stuff. I can’t handle bloody things. It’s a miracle I can sit through Claymore and even be enjoyed when I watch it.

With my anime reviews I basically pay attention to ten things:
- The story
- The main characters
- The side characters
- The drama
- The humour
- The music
- The art
- The originality
- And at last: My overal enjoyment of the anime.
Every anime can score for each thing ten points. And that’s how I make my notes. Sounds clear, doesn’t it?

In the future I’m also going to blog manga. Now, it’s not yet the time. I do follow some mangas, namely Fruits Basket (how predictable), Tsubasa and Yamato Nadeshiko Shigi Henge. For Fruits Basket I just want to know everything that isn’t told in the anime, for Tsubasa I just want to know everything that is not yet been told in the anime and Yamato is really different from the anime.

Also I have to mention that I have a weird habit to bash into populair anime that I dislike. I’ll blog it on purpose to critizise the hell out of it. I don’t know why, but I really, really enjoy that, and I don’t care that I get angry comments because of that. In fact, I even enjoy that!

So, I think this is the manual for my blog. I hope you can handle my weird style and read this blog often (just as often as I update) and I hope you will enjoy this blog.

Positive Energy,
Timeless Dreams.

First Impression: Venus Versus Virus

The first new anime that I have seen in ages. Yes. My school is really asking a lot of my spare time. I don’t believe I have a coming period of peace, so I have to put ‘Timeless Dreams’ on a hold. It’s a real shame.. but well, I have to go to school first. Anyway, before I keep on complaining.

Venus Versus Virus. The first moments I didn’t understand a bit of it. I thought we had two enemies, and they are fighting each other the whole time. One was good, one was supposed to be bad. When I saw the rest of the anime, I understood. I really understood. Sumire has an alterego, that means when she gets hit by a antivirus bullet, she becomes a killer machine.^^ That’s very interesting because normally she is really shy and scared and try to lure out a virus poking a tree with a stick.^^.

Ruchia is also interesting, with her eye. And I really oversee some yuri elements. That is really going to be nice. I’m going to watch it. For sure. I love the action, it’s not about who is the strongest. Strategy!

When I saw the OP, I thought I might like this anime. But there are some small problems. I don’t understand a thing of it. It might be because it’s only the first episode, but I can’t seem to understand what on earth this anime is about. The thing that I noticed too, was the character design. It’s a really weird design, but I like it. The eyes are small, but I think I can get used to this style.

The thing I’ve learned about this anime is that it sets place in Japan about 1853. That is the time that Americans came to Japan. You can really see this too in the anime. Samurais and ugly Yankees with guns. I have to say that this anime made me dislike Americans. Japan should just be Japan and with no other influences. Americans believed that their nation was the best in the world. This attitude comes by in this anime to. And I start to think about it. It makes me dislike America even more then I already did.

Anyway, back to the topic. I so like the main character, even though I don’t understand a thing of him yet. But he has a nice style in combat. This anime is way too serious, and after watching some comedies, I’m not used to it yet. I don’t know why, but I seriously expected any time a major anti climax. It didn’t happen. I think I’ll continue to watch this, I kind of like it. But with the atmosphere I’m right now (middle in the school, boring my way out) I don’t believe that I should watch another episode.

First of all: I’m moved. But because we really do have to work on the house, I don’t have much time to post. And I don’t have time to make long post. I want to keep on keeping this blog, but it will take me a while. So don’t judge me on these posts. Because I don’t have my main computer here yet, I can’t take any screenshots. I think that I’ll try to take the pictures of other sites (with the source, of course) or just leave it. Sorry for the trouble.

When I first looked at it, I thought it was really weird. But at the end of the episode, this can be really fun. Look, what happened? There is a suicidal case of a girl in a school. And after that, 4 individual girls have none memories of the last night, and are called to something. What appears? They all died during that night. I have no idea how because a little information was revealed about it, but it can be really nice. It’s more interesting in finding how the girls are. I mean, they are totally opposed of each other. We have a girl of the student council, who is suppressed by her sempai, we have a delinquent, we have a rebel girl that can be put in the group of a slut and a whimp, I have no idea how to describe her different. Nice combination, though ^^

The cliff-hanger is they have to kill a man in person. This and the suicidal case, I’m sure they are all linked to something, the only question is what. And of course, what is going to happen. I’m sure I’m going to watch this anime^^.

First Impression: Ghost Hunter

This is a weird anime. We have a Ghost Hunter, who blackmails a High School girl in becoming his assistant. What’s with this guy: He is extremly arrogant. And that’s annoying about him. Furthermore, this was merely an introduction episode. We have a building, and most people say that it’s haunted. Because it’s next to a High School, the principal has the building being exterminated by all kinds of people: We have, two Ghost Hunters, one ‘innocent’ miko, a monk, a girl who is capable to feel spirits, and a girl who has invited herself and says that she can see spirits.

All these people came up with different theories and there is something fishy about this for sure. Furthermore I don’t really know what I should think of this anime. I think I’m going to watch it, these characters are nice, but don’t they just disapear when this arc is finished? Who knows.. Anyway, I think I’ll hold out with it.

First Impression: Jigoku Shoujo Futakomori

I missed this. Jigoku Shoujo last episode was released in April I think it was. Anyway, a time ago. I loved the first season. And when I saw this, I think this can be even better than the first season. So that’s time to blog this anime, and to write something about it.

We already see the new prelude, it’s different. It is not better, it’s not worse. It’s quite the same. And after that we have a prelude of Ai. This wasn’t told in the first season. Apperantly, her sins were so great, that she couldn’t enter hell but had to stay in this time to pay for her sins. With the Hell Girl thing. If she refused, the souls of her beloved ones would have wandered around for eternity.

The case this time. We have a high school girl, whose picked on. The only problem is: She doesn’t know who it is. There are thing written on her belongings, but no one picks on her in public. After she is shut in in the locker room and fainted, a teacher helped her and gave her hope. After that, it seemed that this teacher is the culprit. And one crazy bitch is that teacher. The reasons are that she doesn’t like to be picked on, so she does the picking part. It’s fascinating. And a creepy episode. But. I loved it. I’m going to watch. For sure.

This is kind of funny, and horribly wrong on the other side. We have a young girl, whose life is devoted on the material arts. But because she is a girl, she can’t master the art. So, she has to marry the strongest man on the world and give birth to his child. So, what is she going to do? Yes. Finding her victim. She has set her eyes (litterly) on a guy she has met in the past and of who she thought that he was incredibly strong. He is a wimp. Really he is. But he is smart..

So what’s the case? This guy has a young girl, jumping around him and doing silly things that embarrase him in public. Further, this can be fun, but only for a while.

First Impression: Kanon

Welcome to the garbage! This was SO much garbage in so little time. The character cast is all the same: We take the boy, put it in a surrounding of only girls, and let the boy just be like the character Kyon of the Melachony of Haruhi Suzumiya. Well that’s clear, it’s the most corny character ever.

Don’t get me started about the girls! They are all damsels in distress that can’t do a thing on their own and get angry with the most idiotic reasons and get them cry for NOTHING. And they are a bunch of whinies. Ad something like nostalgia and VOILA: Kanon is born.

Don’t touch this garbage, even with a 10 foot long broomstick.

Edit: Due to the comment I feel I have to edit this post as well. And no, I’m not 15, I just made a quick post because I felt I have to write something. I have to say, this is really funny. I make a negative post about a popular anime, and right the same day, I get already these nice comments.^^

Let me get this clear.  I dislike this anime. I find this an insult for woman, look at all the girls that have been in the picture now. They are all girls that you wouldn’t find this day, they are weak, they are completly dependent of the boy. I mean, come on with the character Ayu! Don’t you all think that it’s a bit weird? I suppose that girl is a year of 13 or something like that. And then when she wants to buy something, she runs away because she has no money and then clungs to a total stranger. I find it absurd. The characters are unreal. Especially the girls.
Furthermore I have major problems with the OP and the music. I fell in sleep while I listened to it. And of course, the eyes of the girls. I know that they tried to make it look cute, but to this, it’s too much.

My conclusion is simple: I stay away from this anime. Sure, if you say that it’s good, I believe. But it isn’t good for me. I find it garbage. Just like the Melachony of Haruhi Suzumiya. If it turns out to be good, I will watch it and write an apology post about this one;) But all this reminds me of the time that I critized Utawarerumono episode 16.^^ I even consider to blog this anime. But that would a bit too much.^^

Somehow, this is a combination of Ouran High School Host Club and Fruits Basket. I liked Ouran High School Host Club most of the times, I loved Fruits Basket all the time. The humour that is used here really cracked me up and reminded me of the charactercast of that bunch. The drama and the hope also resembles this wonderful anime. The boys and the roses and the players resemble the Ouran High School Host Club part. I loved the first episode, with all those Fruits Basket thingeys.

The plot is also nice. We have four beautiful boys that live in a great mansion, and they have to make the niece of the landlady into a real lady. If they succeed, they don’t have to pay the rent. If they fail, their rent triples. The only problem is for these dudes: The girl is a true goth. She is gloomy, she seeks solitude, she is scary. The boys are btw a bunch of real sissies. So they freak out all the time because of the girl. Seeing these sissies so, it’s really funny!^^

We learn also more of the past of the girl. She is called ugly by everyone, and of course if you are called something for a long time, she started to believe it. Her behaviour is so understandable. For the rest of the anime: I loved the ‘cooking’ scenes SO much! I think about it to blog it when the second episode is really good!

First Impression: Asatte No Houkou

Another nice anime. This is about the woman Shouko and the girl whose name I have forgotten. Shouko has been in Amerika for four years, and there she had a boyfriend. The big brother of the girl. When their parents died, the big brother came back to his sister without telling his girlfriend about it. He left her for her. Shouko is still angry about it. Now she is back, and she meets him again! With his sister, that invites her to the beach.

The little sister is really independent. She doesn’t want to be treaten as a child. Shouko wants to be treaten like a child, the sister as an adult. When they both made the wish, the wish came true. This can be fun! The voices are though a bit weird I have to say, and I really have to get used to this anime. But still, I’m looking forward to it. Really, I am.

I don’t know what’s appealing me so to this anime. I really don’t know, but I loved the first episode! But only without a reason. It’s a bit weird. I loved the voice acting. This is a kids anime and it’s isn’t making any sence without any explination, but still, I like it.

Sasami is a wonderful character, cheerful, just like a butterfly. I like that to her, that she is so equal to a butterfly and I like Misao too. I like all the characters. True, it’s cute, true it’s magical girls, true. So what? I like it. The first episode was merely an introduction and how they got into the club. I’m looking forward to the rest.

First Impression: Death Note

This anime is highlighted. And for once and for all, it deserves it. It’s about a boy that finds a notebook, that will kill everyone whose name is written in it. The boy decides to make the world better. I’m curious about what is going to happen. The boy will eventually get insane, killing off the whole world population and remain as the only one. This can be interesting, the art is terrific, the music is nice too and the plot is interesting. I’m going to see this, seeing if the boy really loses his mind. At the moment, he is right going that path.^^

The shinigami is only just as worse as the boy is. He dropped in the human world, because he was bored. Without any doubt, this mess will get out of control. I’m going to see.
